SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If this date is unacceptable, then we may offer you an alternate item or issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.

Products marked as 'Free Shipping' apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our warehouse(s) will be deducted form the refund amount.

International Shipments that are purchased with the US Free Shipping and do not want to pay the additional shipping will be charged a 5.00% cancellation fee. Please contact us at (803) 600-2149 or sales@maxx-lift.com before purchase to avoid this fee.

*We reserve the right to ship by the best method possible due to delivery area, pickup times, etc.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

  • Processing Time = 24-48 hours to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. With all this said, most orders will process and be tendered to the shipping company within 24 hours if pulled from our stock, so look for the *In Stock message on the item page(s).
  • Warehouse Time (for non-stocking or out of stock items) = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock at the selected warehouse, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select budget shipping, this time could be a week or more. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table below.
  • Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
  • MAXX-LIFT.com may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location.

    This product requires Special Handling due to weight and size. Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a specific time convenient for you. This service includes delivery within 3 to 7 business days of shipment and basic home delivery, not including processing time and warehouse time (see above).
    Usually Ships in 1 to 2 Weeks 
    This product usually ships 1 to 2 weeks after your order is placed, not including processing time and warehouse time (see above).
    Usually Ships in 2 to 3 Weeks 
    This product usually ships 2 to 3 weeks after your order is placed, not including processing time and warehouse time (see above).
    Usually Ships in 2 to 4 Weeks 
    This product usually ships 2 to 4 weeks after your order is placed, not including processing time and warehouse time (see above).
    Back Order 
    This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via email.
    On Order 
    This product is not currently in stock. We have ordered the product from our supplier and will ship your item as soon as possible. We will update you on the status of your order via email.
    Pre-Order 
    This product has not yet been released from the manufacturer, but we are currently taking preorders for it. We will ship you your order as soon as it is available.
    Currently Unavailable 
    This product is currently unavailable from the manufacturer. 
    We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.

    If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it could be somewhere safe. Please check your office, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor.


    If you still are not able to locate the package and it is past the shipping timeframe, please email Customer Support so we may be able to resolve the issue.


CANCELLATION REQUESTS : All order cancellation requests made after a order is marked, "AWAITING FULFILLMENT", WILL BE subject to a restocking fee.

 RETURN POLICY:
Uninstalled products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be received by us, in NEW and SALEABLE CONDITION. Damaged items or packaging, previously installed or missing parts will not be refunded for any reason. Special Note concerning kits and kit pricing: Kits are featured products that in many instances, recieve special reduced pricing. No refund/exchange will be given for any dismantled kit. Example: If a "
Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Updated Standpipe Tube and Dummy Plug Kit" is ordered, and you decide to only use the standpipes from the kit, the dummy plugs cannot be returned for any reason. Refunds and/or exchange for the entire, unopened kit would only be acceptable. If you require only "partial" kits or parts you must contact us here, to make this request BEFORE placing your order, to arrange such purchase. Because of our very large inventory, in most cases we can offer you any single part or parts that are included in a kit without delay.  In some cases individual parts are not offered. "PERFORMANCE SALES and/or MAXX-LIFT Suspension & Off-Road Products" is not responsible for return shipping or delivery on any parts returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be within 14 days of invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all refused deliveries. Exchanges of equal or greater value may not be subject to a restocking fee. Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable. Contact us for details.

Buyer assumes all liability for any damage that occurs on return shipment to Seller. Items must be packaged to withstand return shipment to Seller and Buyer assumes responsibility to verify that all items are secure and that damage will not occur.

 

An RMA# must be included with your return/exchange. To obtain an RMA#, please contact us here. Once the RMA# is approved and issued, you will recieve an email with return information.

PLEASE NOTE: The RMA# MUST be clearly visible on the return package.

Items without RMA Numbers or that were not preauthorized for return will be marked unclaimed for 30 calender days. In this event, no contact attempts will be made by Seller to Buyer. After 30 calendar days the item(s) will be disposed of as seen fit by Seller. Should Buyer choose to have the product reshipped, payment for reshipment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date the item was marked as unclaimed.

International Shipments that are returned as unclaimed will not be subject to a refund. Payment for reshipment must be received in order for Seller to reship the item(s).

RMA#'s are valid for 10 Days after the date they are issued. Items received after 10 days will be considered unclaimed.

International cancellations are subjected to additional shipping terms stated above in the "SHIPPING POLICY" section.
